It is good to eat all the healthy foods you can provide yourself! For example, the food pyramid can give you all the information you need. You need to have veggies every day and maybe which to fruits instead of ice cream for dessert. Make about have your grains whole, get your calcium-rich food, know your fats, and last but not least, go lean on protein. Eat all the food you want to but watch what you eat and what is in them. Many junk foods have special dyes to make color in them, and many chemicals for a special taste. Many foods may force you on a diet and could show some bad symtoms because of all the fats and artificial ingredients in them. So, DONT let yourself eat foods you know you may need to lose weight from. To keep a healthy and fit body all you have to do is, eat healthy foods and excersize everyday. Then, you will have a body you can recognize everytime!!!
